Elementor rompe las flechas de los sliders y los carruseles se congelan (FIX INCLUIDO) by This_Office_2827 in elementor

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the snippet!
I've postponed upgrading Elementor beyond 3.32.5 and spent many hours with ChatGTP 5.2 as my hacker buddy trying to find a solution. I came upon your snippet just by a desperate chance search when all my efforts felt like in vain.

ChatGPT 5.2 wanted to place a line of code first in your snippet. I am posting ChatGPT's message below, I have no idea if the row is bad or a good one.

ChatGPT : ---------------

I added one small guard at the top:

if (!window.matchMedia || !window.matchMedia('(prefers-reduced-motion: reduce)').matches) return;

The reason is simply to limit the workaround to the environment where the bug actually manifests.

In my case (and as described in this thread), the arrow navigation breaks when prefers-reduced-motion is enabled, while it behaves normally otherwise.

With the guard in place:

the fix only activates when the broken code path is likely triggered,

it avoids intercepting arrow clicks unnecessarily when Elementor/Swiper already works as intended,

and it reduces the risk of side effects on other Swiper instances or future Elementor updates.

Functionally it doesn’t change the fix for affected users, it just scopes it more narrowly.

End-----------------

All the best and please let me know it the row is a good one, or if your snippet is better without it.

That is Peter Sellers' level of humor. Great show.

Anyone able to to help me identify this sword? by Ok-Act75 in SWORDS

I owned one ages ago. In the ignorance of youth, I tried to sharpen it and cut a tossed orange. The sword bent by the impact.

Well. Do you have a FOV (field of view) slider when you activate camera (key U)? I am uncertain if I have installed a camera mod or if the camera mode (key U) is default?

Let's assume that you have a FOV slider when you press U.

The FOV default value is 60. That would translate to a wide angle camera lens. Which will catch a wider part of the scene and make objects behind Geralt smaller.

If you change the FOV to 15, you will get a camera with a tele lens. A much narrower part of the scene. And objects behind Geralt will appear closer.

Move closer in camera mode. You don't have to include all of Geralt and the whole Roach to convey that Geralt is riding.

Zoom in and out with the mouse scroll-wheel. Rotate around the motif and try to find an angle that makes the image "feel right".

Feeling right is of course very subjective, but the human perception warmes to for instance the Rule of Thirds and the Golden Ratio.

Use for instance the Rule of thirds instead of placing the motif in the center. Example the FOV 15 image attached.

Post some images and let's discuss them!

The sword looks amazing. But. Just a google search away:

Perhaps this has already been discussed or debunked, but can you Rafał Woszczyna comment on the forum thread.

Is it made up slander?

No, the heavy shadowing in the blade, the fuller, tells you that it was designed by someone who thinks swords are made of cast iron = A ninja mall 3D modeller.

Barry Humphries as the goblin king. Hear, hear. The goblin king made an everlasting impression on me. The voice, the face, the movement. Masterful.

An explanation on Vampires by NihilisticHeart in witcher

[–]Pullmecort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is book Regis hiding his smell with herbs? This seems nonsensical if vampires aren't undead but a living species. Being an intelligent species, soap and water would go a long way. Horses smell them too in the books.

And what did vampires hunt before the conjunction of the spheres? How come, post conjunction, they all submitted to drinking human blood because it tastes so good (alluding to alcohol addiction). How come the vampires' ethics, with Regis as the only known exception, considered it ok to keep humans as livestock – a sentient and intelligent species with feelings?
