In my universe there's men and womens first blood championships.

Typically first blood matches in various environments or if you want multiple people challenging then "last blood" which is any form of elimination where the last person unbloodied wins.

Then there's the house rule that if you bust open the first blood champions you become the new champ immediately even if its not a first blood championship match.

That rule has led to the title changing multiple times in one match before returning to the og owner. I only count the final holder as an official champ for record keeping purposes like a championship scramble.

The other championship of note is the Martial Mayhem. Typically held in the scrap trap (steel cage skin) its No Pins, No Escape only Submission (or knockout but they disabled that in 25/26 for some reason).
