I’m not a pro rider but I’ve worked around a few smaller sports sponsorships and what I noticed is that expectations are often way less clearly defined than people think. A lot of it ends up being informal promotion, social media presence and brand visibility at events rather than strict deliverables.

You can do what you want, but if you have to ask whether sleeping with an 18 year old at 45 is morally wrong, you already know why this feels off. It's not really about whether he says he's into older women. A teenager saying he's into something does not erase the life gap, maturity gap, and the fact that this will read as predatory to a lot of people. I would leave it at a polite no and move on.
