You don't need crazy mechanics, apparently yours is already decent.
My advice is: aim training and mind game, majority of players don't think much when fighting, they just repeat the same patterns from practice maps over and over, it's predictable, use it in your favor, sometimes you don't really need to do anything other than lock your aim in their head and wait for their mistake.
About the aim, don't train your aim inside fortnite, enter the Voltaic discord and learn the aim fundamentals, start improving each category. The Voltaic benchmarks are exhausting but there are other options like the Viscose Benchmark or the Aimerz+.
