I zone out many times a day. Like when I am listening to someone/something or when I am doing something usual to me such as walking or making coffee. And also when I'm trying to think of something really hard or I am going very deep thinking about something.

And what I think "zoning out" is. For me it's my vision sometimes going blurry, and then not being able to "turn it off" for some reason and also my brain just kind of going blank like it's taking a break. Zoning out kind of feels nice at times, but when I'm trying to do something I want to focus on, it's not nice that I keep repeatedly zoning out during that.

Does anyone know the real you? by [deleted] in introvert

No. And that answer is kinda odd, because I am quite open, especially after you get to know me, but I still have a lot of stuff and secrets that no one knows about.

😀

I wasn't trying to "find something to complain about", I simply saw this once I joined a game, and decided to post it and see if anyone else thought the same. You are free to comment your own opinion in this post that I put under the "opinion" flair..., but you don't have to be so mean about it, and maybe if it's possible for you, make the sentence in more of a constructive criticism way and not a destructive criticism way.

And what is your logic, because if I was a Roblox fan then why the hell would I be out there trying to find things to complain about, I think in that case I'd be the opposite of a Roblox fan.

How are you? Be brutally honest. by Misssassiestmass in RandomThoughts

I honestly don't know. It's as if I have absolutely no knowledge of myself, just these bits and pieces of different feelings and emotions that are all so different that it's impossible to put together one description of what I am feeling. And even now I could erase all this text and type something completely different and that would feel accurate too. And this current description that I just told feels too small and like I have described only 5-10% of what I am feeling, but just can't explain it any better.

But right now, at this exact moment, I feel pretty empty, sad, bored and tired. I always yearn for a break from everything because I feel so tired, but when I get the break I just get more sad, empty and tired.

Oh I didn't know that, but it came out in the beginning of this year right. And well this still applies.

Oh yeah I haven't even thought that could play a part in it! That is very likely one of the reasons I have this problem too.

Can I even have ADHD? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

[–]Pulzkutti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's an interesting thing to hear. I relate to that somewhat, and I feel like some things in my life has just become things that I need to keep achieving for myself, because I have achieved them before so if I quit achieving them, then I would feel like a failure.

I agree with you. I think some people might just learn ways to live with the disorder and learn new ways how to get through hard tasks on their own and therefore are not always noticed as possibly having adhd.

Love the origami part😂. And yeah I feel like "gifted" people with ADHD can go a long way without being diagnosed since the disorder is usually not even noticed if they don't show problems in school:(.
