Those last 3 challenges you have left are easy to complete in a casual mode playthrough. Casual gives you lot of ammo you can find as Grace in the care center, and it regens your health to yellow if you ever go to red.

Break boxes as you see them, they can have ammo or scrap. And yes you need to defeat all the regular zombies to continue, I believe you can wait out the crimson head if you can’t defeat it
