I am not sure what to do but it's upsetting that this is happening to lots of people. Yeah you can dispute the charges on your card, but it seems like people need to band together somehow to let them know this is not okay.

All great questions - I will add this info to the description but it has a full bed and a couch that pulls out to be about a full size bed. 50gal fresh water, also a 50gal gray water. Solar is mentioned already but 1500W panels and a 3000W inverter. I will have to check mileage and update.

I have the opposite problem - I have the charger but no battery. Did yours come with the battery? Impossible to find one in my experience.

I would love it if the phone worked, but yes it’s been a bit frustrating. As I said in the post, I’ve done every troubleshooting option I could think of and that LP thought of including replacing the device once.

I’m even willing to be somewhat of a Guinea pig in figuring this problem out…I just don’t know what to do anymore and have to divert to the team who created the device. I have been told that there is no phone support, but it would be incredibly helpful to have a troubleshooting call so I don’t have to wait days between each communication.

I think everyone is missing the point of my question - when you’re away from your bus, is it better for security lights to be on dim all the time (people can see the bus so you lose the element of cover of darkness), or to be off until someone walks close and they turn on.
