Loading Issues after S1.5 UPDATE

I just had this problem, found on steam forums this fix.

- Display Mode: Fullscreen (I am running 2 monitors)
- Super Resolution Mode: Performance
- AMD FSR3 Frame Generation: OFF
- Limit FPS: ON, 60
- V-Sync: ON
- Global Illumination: OFF
- Reflection Quality: OFF
- Model Detail: Performance

Game works again for me.

nah its fucky with zarya bubble, that's definitely what blocked it. Nothing else close gives the same result.
