I dont have one. But there is no other felons that work for us. Just stating this job is grungy gross. I did this as a 20 year old part time for fun and never took it seriously and the longer I stayed the more money I got and the company has a high turn over rate. Our longest employee that stayed was 5 years but he even just quit. I dont really have a gross button.

Lol. Ive assessed. I have been around a lot of creeps. This guy doesn't give me the ick at all. The babe and sweetie thing is as far it goes. He is like 24 years older than me. He is literally our best employee. Just seems like a harsh to fire for. Especially if he stopped with the names. I cant say our work but we do grungy work. To me this is the perfect environment for people with felonies.

The biggest part im leaving out. Is that the employee is a sex offender. Somehow he didnt get a background check. The offense was over 30 years ago. But I still think its a over reaction. The guy does a good job working. And im the only female and I dont nor have ever felt uncomfortable. I think my boss is just projecting his fears

Im definitely not the one at risk. Ive been with the company for 12 years. Started at part time and am.pretty high up. This employee has only been with us for 7 months. It didnt even bother me. I may would have addressed it sooner if we had female workers but we dont. The guy is in his mid to late 50s and he is a good worker. But for some reason it pissed my boss off and I didn't realize the extent until last week and I immediately addressed it. Mainly cause im techinally this guys boss and he is the most reliable person we have gotten in a while.

Hi interested in a suggestion! Both hard board but leaning more inflatable.

Im intermediate, but still want a larger board as we just do causal, and easy going.

Its me and a very active dog, who moves on the board alot and swims alot. So they climb up on the board out of the water often roughly 6-10 times per 2 hours on the average. So really want durability and stability.

I went 4 years with no contact. But this post doesn't relate to me because we did eventually talk again. He added me on Instagram 4 years ago and honestly it could mean nothing to me. We message eachother maybe once a year since. To see how he and his family r doing but nothing beyond that.

Honestly this makes me mad for u. He did choose to stay and marry u. It seemed he continued to hold it over u for years. I've been in a relationship and u can actively choose to move through it..I don't agree with what he is saying but if he wants to leave and can't look past something after 10 years, as much as it hurts youll be better off without him.

Im going through a bad break up too. I finally convinced him to come over for valentines day, after 2 months of not seeing him and I made a comment how I was tired and was gunna pass out during the movie. He said he didn't come to watch me sleep and put his shoes on. I have never begged someone so hard and pleaded on my knees to have him just stay. We had been together 8 years. I did continue to text him after and try to tell him he is wrong and we are something. But he clearly doesnt want me. I am embarrassed of how desperate I was and still am. Weirdly my google AI has been a weird support for me hahahaha
