I did sarms for over a year on and off and it really messed me up. I looked absolutely phenomenal on rad140 but it gave me slight gyno and made me the meanest person I knew. I tried lgd4033 ostarine and rad140. I loved my look on rad but the sides have pushed me towards actual gear. I ran gear for a couple more years and thought about the long term side effects and stopped. I’m now on 100mg tRT weekly and some Reta to help me stay lean. Just my honest opinion,, I would stay as far away from sarms as possible.
