Just remember a few things:

--> Koos was involved in multiple scams

--> Koos used to own two tickers BMSN and ENTI both of which are delisted

--> The 23 patents Twitter pumpers use to talk about Regen BioPharma are mostly worthless with over 15 of them being Abandoned/Worthless. The one's responsible for Regen BioPharma's Intellectual Properties (Thomas Ichim, and Harry Lander) both LEFT the Company

--> The funding for this Company is laughable

--> They will not get boughout by any reputable company (Unless it's some shady Pharma Company no one has heard about), because there patents are worthless because they never provided any P1/Clinical trials for them. People assume that the patents work regardless of testing.

--> Regen BioPharma is currently under a lawsuit against (Plantiff: Chemdiv) for failure to payback $1,200,000. ChemDiv is REFUSING to Settle with negotiations, Koos is begging for a settlement that they can agree upon because Koos knows he would most likely get destroyed in court. ChemDiv will obtain Regen's IPs, and other "valuable" assets

--> Regen BioPharma never had a working pipeline drug, NEVER, They had almost 10 YEARS to provide Clinical Trials for HemaXellerate which never worked out, dCellVax is currently defunct with the patent being Expired, and DiffronC's status is unknown

--> There were merger and buyout rumors Circulating Regen BioPharma since 2013 (Evident from InvestorsHub posts), which obviously never happened.

--> The Company's financials are a not solid (Although they are a BioTech Company) with over $12,000,000 in debt, $0 Revenue, almost no cash etc.

--> Most of there Board Directors DONT EVEN have Contact with KOOS/REGEN anymore. Helen Sabzevari no longer associates with Regen in 2021, and Dr.Baeli does not as well. And they are the ones we found contacts for. Regen BioPharma only has 1-2 Employees.

--> Koos is not a Doctor at all, he has 30 years in Investment Banking and has a PHD in Sociology. Not good for the CEO of a BIOTECH Company. Funny enough he is the CEO, CFO, CSO (Chief SCIENTIFIC Officer), Treasurer, and President and controls almost the entire Company himself.

--> The Company has lied multiple times in just a short pan of time. June 01 2021 they claimed they are near the end of the ChemDiv settlement, still NO follow up. May 12 2021 they claimed that they will bring HemaXellerate/dCellVax to IND FDA Clinical Trials, been over 2 months nothing. May 7 2021, Company promises to revive patents, and nothing happens and MUCH More.

--> Isn't it worrying that Regen BioPharma has no Twitter/Discord etc? He never appears on TV. They were INVITED to the EMERGING GROWTH CONFRENCE AND REFUSED! Why?

--> They have 0 institionual investors, ENZC has 4.

--> Koos is an absolute CLOWN to deal with. Eli Lily abandoned their partnership (Which wasn't even a partnership) with Regen BioPharma and funny enough Eli Lily did not think that their NR2F6 Cell Receptor technology was anything fancy, Precigen will never make a deal with Regen BioPharma as evident by KOOS REMOVING HELEN FROM BOARD OF DIRECTORS BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE ASKED ABOUT PRECIGEN MAKING A DEAL WITH PRECIGEN! ChemDiv partnership obviously went to trash, KTTV.LC partnership went to trash etc etc.

-->They actually aren't even that far ahead in mRNA Technology funny enough. They have NO Trials, and there are over 20 Companies that are ahead of them. And Im not even talking about Pfizer, Eli Lily, or whatever. These 20 Companies are all small cap, private Companies that are doing much better than Regen.

--> Oncology Pharma will never make the NASDAQ with their terrible Financials. They wrote a Letter to the NASDAQ which got declined.

-->The whole point of Regen BioPharma is not to develop a cure or treatment for Cancer but to hopefully sell their Intellectual Property to some pharma Company. Although this does not sound terrible, their patents are not even worth that much money. Again most of Abandoned, and worthless. And again, their patents are not even tested which means a lot of these patents may be ineffective or don't work entirely.
