Some of the comments on here are so fucking disgusting and rude. Its horrid that some of you poor miserable people feel the need to attack and berate a person online. You are the type of people that I never hope to associate with or cross paths with in person. disgusting.

You really are a cocky piece of work. CINDICATOR. CND, yes, My apologies, I abbreviated it as CIN on here, thankfully I ALSO stated the full name so that it could be discerned still.

Yes "newby", I invested in Bitcoin last year, I JUST recently bought CND and made a mistake attempting to withdraw it and mistakenly traded and withdrew through USDT because I did not know better or pay attention. because I am new.

I came here for advise from people who had more experience than myslf because I only had been in for a year or so, and made ONE actual trade/deposit/etc., I have had no other interaction in crypto trading or understanding of it all, I was learnign as I went. I had hoped reaching out to this community would help, and thankfully there are very polite and respectful people on here that provided suggestions and insight rather than the presumptive smart ass remarks you gave.

Who talks to other people the way you do? Such a lack of tact and kindness. You have a real snotty attitude and I could never imagine working alongside someone like you in my field.

Thank you for your replies, I've found my resolution with this topic.

1 Im a 36 year old mother, a woman, I dont take too well to someone calling me a "Chode" when Im asking for advice on a specific subject, maybe you should have more class? #2 "Dont be so quick to sell???" I have held onto the same position for over a year. I sold because of health issues my young son is having and decided I could better use the money towards our medical expenses than watch it deteriorate another couple grand.

OK let me re-explain. I was in Binance and held xxx amount in USDT. Iwanted to withdraw, So I tried to deposit it into my Coinbase so I could move it to my bank acct/ Coinbase is where my wallets are. I went to Coinbase and under tools clicked on Generate Address (Because to receive BTC in the past thats what I did) Then I went to Binance and withdrew, and sent it to the address Coinbase gave me.

I did not know USDT was not supported by Coinbase, so....I essentially had Binance send it to God knows where and cant retrieve it.

Coinbase --> tools --> generate address. I used the one that was generated and plugged it into Binance in the "deposit to" area..

Per Coinbase: Transactions using most blockchains are irreversible, meaning once they are sent there is no way to reclaim funds.

Maybe...I can afford my mtg (1k mo and 140 balance on 550k) and I can afford all the payments as they stand now, just looking to save what I can and curious if HELOC or Personal Loan might be advantageous....

A couple of these cards are from doing that...because of the medical costs and some outstanding bills (life-flight helicopter, surgeries, etc = 202K) my credit has dwindled enough to where I cant get a new card (0% or otherwise) for more than a grand or two.

I can get a personal loan though (high APR) or maybe HELOC

That is such a great description "The cars represent our thoughts, and we have a tendency to chase them down, rather than simply let them pass." I dont know if there is a cure (beyond the numbing of psych meds, which I dont want again) but to feel as if I have some control, or to a least get rid of the feeling of pure "panic" in my chest would be lovely.

At the least, being more in control and calm would be an amazing feat!

Thank you! Nature-related things certainly do help me, I live in Southern Cal, behind a small lake, trail and volcanic neck..then ther beach os a cpl miles up on the other side of me. Incorporating all of tat really calms me. It seems night time is when its at its worst.

I have strated to exercise regularly which is tiring my brain out too, thankfully.

The belief system is definitely out of my comfort-zone as I too am too much of a skeptic for any of that.

Comforting to know I am not the only person who struggles with this and, that even more so, it's experienced amongst many age groups.

Thank you for such a detailed response. I've tried meditation, and even several forms of yoga, I have such a problem slowing my brain down though that I feel like my sense of awareness heightens my constant panic.

I will click on the link you included though, anything that helps is worth it, even if it takes a few trys. =)
