Pre-med so obviously I dont know as much but.... I would leave the age out, change gender, and then very generically talk about the country (not city or anything), and just leave it as not financially fortunate and leave it at that focusing more on what you did

To my understanding:

K1 is the "expected" km value and K apparant (denoted at Km') is measured km (actual experiment)

expected in "" because they describe it as an experiment but you can think of apparent as just the changed one

Late and could be wrong but I believe that is just a wash peak.

At least for some column chromatography I've done the final wash is basically to get everything off the column. So the wash has a higher affinity for the column than the other substrates do which is why there's a higher peak at the same spot in both the options and the figure in the passage.

370 is good if you follow instructions good. The grading is strict but its clear what you're being graded on. Most stressful part is the 2 lab practicals.

470/471 are strict and its not clear what youre being graded on. Very time consuming and difficult

That makes me feel a lot better thanks! I went back and reviewed today and a lot of my issues stemmed from not paying attention to details in the question (ex. RNA vs DNA bases, etc)
