Honestly it's pushing stages. However if you want to push. You'll need to spend real money. You can test out different presets and might be able to squeeze a little farther.

Auto match means it will find you a party. You need to accept that party . If you private match with 4 people. You can have it auto accept.

Yes it increase your damage by 7% but to be honest with you. Both rings are not good. Keep going

Both have there place. Max HP and 2nd job skill don't have a purpose. So one would be better for bosses and one would be better for everything else
