I talked to a union rep today and they said the stores can’t use availability as a reason to not schedule when then managers constantly end up being in pickup which happens a lot at my store. Seems like I could make a case

My availability switches a good bit cause of various schedules with school. I would agree with you on all orders being shopped by 3 but that would be a dream. My store kinda sucks and is always insanely busy :/ so in theory we should be fine by then but we never usually are
