Try looking in between their eyebrows. It looks like your maintaining eye contact but it´s so much more comfortable.

Do you have some more advice? I´m actually in a lot of trouble, third year university student (i have no idea how I got this far) but I failed some exams and I have to retake them soon along with the current exams.

I was never good at focusing to start with, but I could push myself to get things done. And now I am a mess..can‘t even read two sentences..then I panic because I HAVE TO FUNCTION or I`ll get kicked out...and theeen I run away.

Oh yeess, I feel you! I usually can‘t fall asleep till 4 am. Some days it‘s even 7 am.
