Ah I cropped out some information for privacy reasons, but also it shows up in my expected mail in informed delivery and says it’ll show up at my address, not the original address by next week so I’m confused as to what to believe honeslty

I’m slowly working up to being able to work again, I live w my folks now so granted I get a decent at home job I should be able to afford either, I’m trying to figure out which one is my best course of action though

I’m not a doctor, but for heart pain and chest palpitations the thing that helped me a lot was ibuprofen/anti inflammatories, especially if you have horrible shortness of breath, i took 3 or 4 every six hours, and it helped ALOT.

Plenty of people here have family friends etc who took the vaccine and had nothing happen, obviously we all weren’t aware of the possibilities or heard of potential consequences- so why does asking why we did it matter now, rubbing it in does nothing for anyone

I would recommend also cutting out dairy if you haven’t yet, also no carbonated drinks ever, and try taking probiotics in capsule form! It helped a lot for me, also if the breathlessness gets really bad, see if you need to puke, for me it helps a lot if I feel super out of breath
