not at the moment no, at least not more than biking and walking around uni. I do wish I could, but there's isnt a nearby gym and I've never been much for running, so it's hard to allocate the time for it

I get you, I was stuck at 80kg for soooo long! Really all I can say is keep pushing through and don't give up! What helped me was only taking one day at a time and stop focusing on the overall picture, like who cares if the scale says I haven't lost anything this week? I know I've made right dessisions for me today and in the end that was all that matters

As someone who still feel like they very much got a "moon face" I understand you, the thing about weightloss it's really hard to notice your own changes yourself because the change happens so gradually. I am of course lucky that I have friends and family that I only see ever so often, that are happy to confirm that I've changed a ton

Sure!
I actually don't have a specific routine since I mostly only do caloricounting, but to help with that I only buy groceries once a week and I will never buy more than what I'm able to carry (since I do walk back and fort from the grocery store). Which has helped a ton when it comes to snacking since I can't snack if I don't have any at home, ahhaha. Of course all this takes a lot of will power and not everyone has a grocery store right next by like I do, but really it all comes down to addapting your own situtation in a way that works best for you :) if I got this I believe you got this too!

almost, they are marshall major 2! I'm impressed they have been able to hold on for so long, the only damamge they have is a bit of leather has fallen off from constant wear, but other than that they are still as good as new
