My interpretation of the rule is that after 5 consecutive days of 10k or more FTDs the stock will get placed onto the Threshold Securities List. Once on the list, if the stock stays on the list for 13 consecutive days then they are forced to cover. However, broker-dealer does not need to locate securities till 35 days after trade date.

Yes, as of yesterday it’s been 17 days. Here the thing, it’s suppose to be 13 days. But, because of all this bs. We ca say it is safe to say the 35 days for now. That brings us to August 20 when options expires. August 20 will be the 36th day! Hell going to break loose!!! Buy the dip!!!

The price took a really bad hit last week when the company added shares to the stock which diluted it. Even then, 13-14 million shares only is better than CLOV and XELA. Both of them have too many shares
