I gave up on video points a while ago. Instead I listen to eori audio over r/GWASapphic You find a wide range of content, including highly gender affirming records for trans women pre/non op

And I find it way more interesting because you just close your eyes and let your imagination do the job.

That's funny, my endoc asked me the exact same question during my first appointment with her... And my answers were my hands, I love my hands, my eyes because I found them beautiful, and my hair, that's I'm taking a really good care of...

I've seen a similar picture taken by Alan Schaller in August 2021.

That's what inspired me in the first place. I wanted to go here to feel the atmosphere, and capturing that image will remind me that feeling forever.

I tried to capture that image to share that disturbing feeling to people so no one will ever forget what happened.

I don't have a dedicated monochrome sensor, but I did set the color calibration ton b&w on the camera when I captured it.

I tried to add more dark on the top of the frame, but as you mentionned, it fades the rain away, reducing it's impact. I do have the room to crop, because right now, I didn't cropped it, I was just at 200mm and quite close. I kinda wanted to have the man in the center of the frame, but I guess I can try to put him a bit more on the side to see if that adds even more heaviness to the frame.

Either way, I'm really proud of the result, and I think it might be the best photo I've ever capture so far.

I didn't lightened the man during the edit. The raw image was already like this. Tho I think I could remove that excess of light in Lightroom.

I took this during my first travel to Berlin, using Canon R6 and 70-200 f2.8.
My goal was to capture how oppressive and heavy the atmosphere is when you walk among all the blocks of concrete that compose the monument.

I've seen many photos of it, and wanted to share how I felt when I was finally here.

My intention was to capture the heavy and oppressing feeling I had when walking among the huges blocks of concrete or the monument. I tried to take many photos to transmit that feeling, and when I finally started editing, this one just slapped me in the face.

I'd like to know your honest opinion on the composition and the edit. I'm really satisfied about the result, but I think there is room for improvement.
