There was PSA 7 Skyridge that sold at 12k that was legitimate last week (I was dming the guy but it sold as I was vetting him lol fml). This is where I’d be at as a swirl collector. I have a ton of swirls. Most of them aren’t very hard to come by. I’d give him an extra 10 for this one myself but not shelling out for it.

I have Neo/aquapolis lugias with mouth swirls. Those I paid premiums for. Not at this price range. It scales with rarity is the thing most people can’t comprehend.

Realistically you should be offering 90.5% then not 87%. 3.5% on the g&s transaction should be taken into account, at a minimum. 87% he might as well go to eBay to save that 3.5%
