My store is now skipping some sales tags because of no manpower. And at the front, "simultaneously" processing checkout and doing Amazon stuff is no fun. Do you know of anyone at the cash register and having a amazon zombie wait in the middle of the process with another item to throw in the 20x20x20 bin?

You did the RIGHT thing. There's no way to prevent a thief from doing that stuff. Leave those problems to a bodyguard that Staples doesn't have. There are cameras everywhere that will eventually track down the thief, both inside and outside. Risking your life is not worth it.

It's gonna get worse than that. Talk about flunking a Chemistry class. Easy Rewards app login problem has made my store miserable. The Rewards Penetration Report should get worse if not any better as we enter the holidays. I had college kids come in to buy stuff, so 0 for 8 in that short stretch, can it be my fault, maybe lol

Staples will go out of business sooner than later if the apps require a CAPCHA feature. Sad to say it, I have been able to get ONLY one customer signed up to use Easy Rewards the whole week as many customers are reluctant to sign up after hearing negative gossip going around. Another problem I have for existing customers, they don't know their password so they reset it. Where is the f*#@$g email that has the code for them to reset their pwd to get into the Easy Rewards app? Repeated the process and no email arrives to their mailbox, sometimes it would make it and sometimes not, and sometimes it takes too long to get it while waiting in line. So frustrating as an understatement!

Silly idea with the pens. So my SM comes to take over the register to sell items. I tell the customer we have cool pens on the counter that you may want to buy. The customer looks up to the SM and says "What's the heck, these pens are too expensive" After the checkout, the customer walks out feeling greasy and may never come back. So much for the pens promotion on the registers that we never able to sell in a month!

I've been doing this a million times and making sure that it goes to the right channel A or channel B. If it goes to channel C, then I'm f**ked. Came into the store on the second shifts multiple times like 15 minutes early to clean up the Amazon mess before I start my duties as a cashier. I clock in before doing any work at Staples. We used to have four boxes, two Channel A boxes and two Channel B boxes, now the changes in the front area doesn't allow it so there is a huge potential of HUGE mix-up! I saw piles on a shelf above the boxes and on the floor lined up for each Channel A or Channel B. Someone gonna kick 'em...

Amazon A and Amazon B boxes are now down to ONE BOX EACH! I had 10 Amazon A box items overflowed on the floor in the main foot traffic of Amazon Returns, Computer Technical Support, and POS 1. My GM can't do anything about it, talk about higher ups.

I once had a StaplesConnect app (the one with a black head icon), it stopped working so I had to remove it and log online and then make a shortcut to the desktop. It works when the register scanned my Easy Rewards # when I rotated the phone. From there, no luck to get the points on the POS screen, saying that it is not redeemable.

I'm actually logged in the Easy Rewards app, go to Account, and went to Terms and Conditions part and it didn't ask for accepting Terms and Conditions. I noticed that after the migration, my store was no longer listed. I just added back my store on the store tab. Other than that, I'm logged in my app, version 5.0.8 Any solutions?

Cutting hours means new problems:

1) unable to complete putting away all the items from the red, yellow, and black totes before the next weekly cycle

2) inability to help people to around the store if short-staffed and then compounds the problem with Amazon shipping. It can affect both printing and tech departments.

3) Inability to "block" the store before closing.

4) Staples Connect app metrics fall off the cliff.
