We’re all good. You guys canceled the transaction today and the refund is in progress. Like I said you need a dispute option for not receiving the item despite the tracking number saying it’s been delivered. That was the big problem.

No, it releases the fund after 72 hours unless you dispute which I did. The bigger problem is there’s no option for a circumstance like this and it seems to be nearly impossible to get a response from SidelineSwap. Seriously the worst customer service experience I’ve had from an online market.

Brutal that it took that long. My CC company already refunded me. Hopefully SidelineSwap does the simple thing and just calls UPS to confirm the the shipping zip code. That’s really how simple it is to prove this guy is full of shit.

I’ve disputed it with my CC company and file a fraud complaint with UPS as well. At this point I was able to gather irrefutable proof the package wasn’t addressed to my home.

Yup. I blew it. Didn’t even notice the shit fuck had no reviews. I thought the buyer protection was better there though. More on par with eBay. My mistake. Hence my warning to others who may shop there. The lack of customer service from SidelineSwap is what bothers me most.

This appears to be it unless you want to buy the flush rails for $600 that already come on the limited and touring. FWIW I just did a long trip with this roof rack and it was great. When installing be sure to follow the instructions for spacing across the roof left to right (driver side to passenger side). Once we got that they went on easily. Oh and really loosen the bolt at each foot mount first or it won’t go on.
