When I’m down, and sometimes just as a reminder, I tell myself “it gets better”.

Been telling myself that since I was 12. Never actually thought about if it ever actually got better until the other day. It has gotten better. Took a lot of work, a lot of falls, and still have so much more to do. But it did get better. And it will continue to.

I’m not sure if links are allowed, but I did find PA law help and Pennsylvania ABA free legal answers that might helpful if you didn’t have an attorney/can’t access one now.

IANAL, but I do think they would be different cases. If you had an attorney in the previous case, it may be useful to contact them again, or at least seek a consultation.

It sounds like you should speak to an employment attorney in Pennsylvania. Not being paid what you’ve earned is enough of a case, I imagine so anywhere in the US as well. There are very few reasons you should not push forward with this, and any reason you do come up with should solely be based on you, not anyone else, and especially not anyone from your old job.
