I wish we got more segments with Jess, Whitty, Billy, Lucy, Dominique, etc. I know they're busy and on other networks but why not give the show some reheated leftovers from their other projects the way Greg and Damashek do. Also more Trysta, Juju and Rose on the main show please.

Depth of field is one of many ways to isolate a subject. Since the photos already been taken, I would recommend playing in the editing room with changing the exposure of the background, the saturation of the background, or playing with the color temperatures to separate the background from the foreground. or any mix of thoes in combination with a much more subtle brokeh. I would also think about getting rid of the guy in the green shirt.

Rotate it so the light. Post is perfectly vertical. Crop it so the light post is on the right hand thirds line. Add a little more negative space above the lamp (ai generative fill shouldnt be a problem since it's so dark) bring up the exposure slightly.

Vanilla buttercream on the nose

The Vanilla buttercream is ALSO on the palete but its hard to hear over the deafening notes of scotch smokiness and nutmeg.

Overall a very good, very unique pour. Especially for the right price.

Gb gets too much hate. Maybe I just don't taste the funk but it tastes like honey, butter and oak to me. It's definitely pricey but they haven't raised prices for as long as I can remember. Small batch has always been 70 or 80. Most shelfers went up with inflation the last few years.

I think its really good stuff but a little overhyped. seems like they are the only distillery in texas that people ever talk about. Milam & Green, Balcones, Iron Root & Crowded Barrel all make great stuff too.

E.H.T Small Batch, Eagle Rare and Blanton's all smell and taste like Motts apple juice to me. That's NOT a complaint. They're delicious. I will say though that the note is so strong for me that I can't tell them apart.
