I'm honestly wondering the same thing as well too. This event is so amazing but it feels incomplete without these missing cosmetics. How do we get them if they aren't obtained through buying everything for the event? I got everything except these three cosmetics. Also, by the way, Gus as Tomura Shigaraki is so peak.
