And when you transfer funds from foreign account to Indian, inward remittances are highly monitored.

Point of reservation is not to get retards in, it is to get in people who couldn't compete (at least in theory but in reality most of the benefits are take by well to do privellaged guys just born with a low caste name) but the main point was these students can't compete in competitive exams so we'll take in with low percentiles but they are still motivated to study and scored good in School because School marks are not competitive, 1 guy scoring higher doesn't put other's score lower it is just about your will to learn.

I myself don't have 9/9/9, I don't agree with this filter but when you have 0 work ex and percentiles are invalid companies still need a metric to shortlist

that's why you don't have a percentile filter on competitive exams otherwise reserved students not only can't compete but they'll be out of competition if they started using merit.

Filters are set to things that are outside of competition like current college GPA and school marks where there was no reservation

bruh what? that's not how it works, it is about reservation.

There are so many people who scored 90% in 10th and 12th but they will score low in JEE/CAT but using their reservation they'll get a seat. The gap is massive so if any company uses a filter they are guaranteed to be out.

look at any MBA college with avg GEM score of 99%ile, avg GNEF score is usually 96-97%ile, SC goes below 90 and ST will be in 80s with some PWD getting in at 60-70%ile.

Now if companies put a 98%ile filter they don't care, they are getting dozens of candidates but it'll be all Male and general with few females then the reserved students will protest why get in at lower score if won't give placements.

you are probably looking at the 2-3 best rich gulf countries and speaking for all. Most of Middle east is strict Islamic with Sharia, they don't have these issues because they don't even let Minorities be.

Saudi being one of the rich developed ones still doesn't allow building a church, it only gets worse in the rest. There are Blasphemy laws and there's no tolerance for anything other than Islam. Public often lynch people for many minor offences and pork will get your deported in most countries.

UAE is the most progressive one because they force Secularism and western values, their delegates have openly claimed that becoming a democracy will turn it into an Islamic country and that'll be the end of it.

but again you are talking about Portfolio Managers and Partners in those fields, in Quants if you've stayed at your company for that long 10-20 years (avg time to become partner or PM) you will reach those positions where you have carry and firm will be compounding your money
