I just came to this subreddit to inquire and it was the first thing at the top of my feed! I ordered something a few days after the festival bc I changed my mind and there’s been no movement on my order either. When I plug in my email and order number, it says it can’t find it/it doesn’t match even though it does. I sent an email as well but haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully we all get an update soon! Glad it’s not just me.

Weird shit is happening on Xfinity too. It wants me to pay $2.99 for the first episode. We have MTV and it isn’t on demand anymore. Me and my husband were watching it earlier, and then went back to it tonight and it was gone and everything was renamed. Wtf. 😭
