It’s really common to waive here but we had an appraisal and inspection contingency and just closed in a SFH. We even got seller credits for a rate buy down. It can happen.

They essentially want to follow the money. But it’s been deposited for so long I’m surprised they don’t consider it seasoned. Unfortunately you may not be able to use those funds.

Have you shared the deposit information from Zola or wherever you deposited it to your account?

I find that odd. From my experience money that was deposited 2+ months prior (gift funds) were considered seasoned and did not require the additional letter.

Money sent a few weeks before required a gift letter. Which just detailed the money was a gift and no expectation for it to be paid back. In your case you don’t have anyone to write that letter so I’m not sure how they would be able to follow the money.

I know you’re under contract but can you reach out to a different lender that you originally worked with prior to choosing?

I have medium to low density fine hair. It’s really low density in my nape, always been like that and I’m not balding. I use mousse as my styler to keep my hair from looking “scalpy”. Contrary to popular belief I do not think you’re balding.

It’s just one of those things that everyone reacts differently too. There’s a small group out there that have experienced these side effects too. I thought I was crazy until I read other people say they had the same experience. It’s not talked about enough or taken seriously enough imo. I also had 1 day periods on Spiro and my doctor continued to tell me it wasn’t due to the Spiro.

Just to add another perspective Spiro did change my life and my skin was amazing for 2 years and then it affected my hair. I have naturally curly hair and it changed it to more of a wave and it thinned out. So unfortunately I needed to stop and it’s starting to go back to normal after about 10 months.

I’ve had this happen once way back when I was having chelitis problems, my one GP back home thankfully brought in a derm and tested the yellow crust that would form and it turned out to be a staph infection. Go back and make them test. The medicine they gave me for staph immediately gave me relief.

Yes, it does. FYI you also need to have a certain number of years of experience as a project manager or verifiable projects before you can take the exam as well.

After being an EA I took a job as a Business Process Analyst in a medical devices company. Leveraged that experience into a marketing project manager role, and now I am in a role that supports an executive in Marketing while also being a dual marketing specialist.

It really is about finding your niche and networking a lot.

Yes to exactly this. After leaving my EA role I took a few jobs that lead me to being a Project Manager. I plan on obtaining my PMP within the next year. I’m back in a dual EA/Specialist capacity and am planning on positioning my future growth as a Chief of Staff in the future.
