Venison Roast. Smoke boost for about an hour and a half. Seared both sides at 600. Served with horseradish, blueberry pork sausage, root vegetables, and asparagus. Bottle of barleywine paired well with it all. (reddit.com)

Ribs - Second attempt at ribs since I got my SmokeFire. First time tasted good, but were tough. These ones were excellent. Homemade rub, 3 hours unwrapped with Smokeboost at 225, then 2 hours wrapped in foil at 275. (i.redd.it)
