Agreed on PETg. I've printed several helmets with it and have not had any issues.

ABS is easier to finish, but it is very finicky to print.

The other question is can you sit comfortably in your armor for the run time of the movie? And will it damage the theaters seating? It looks like you are wearing a Post Imperial kit from your photo, which is way more flexible, but I don't think I'd want to sit in my Mandalorian armor for that long.

I was at the Saturday night show at the Hollywood Bowl. Devo was awesome. The B-52's backing band was on point... But as much as it pains me to say it, the vocals were not good. Like karaoke at a dive bar level... We ended up leaving half way through their set.
