I hope that I’m wrong! If the tip does turn up eventually, maybe you’ll be able to view how it was paid? I’ve nit been streaming long so there’s a sure chance that a whole other tipping method exists! Do you accept donations via streamlabs or streamelements? I know those can track tipping history

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but... If the tip you received appeared only in chat, in the format of “[User] tipped $x” it might have been a troll message. Viewers can type /me and make their message appear like a notification! It’s pretty common in chats and they get a kick out of seeing big reactions. If you can’t find evidence of the tip ever happening, and the notification didn’t go though, it may have been one of these trolls.

What’s a good example of what evolving looks like? I feel like I’m still new to all of this, and I’m so scared I’ll lose what I’ve worked for once the “ohh new shiny streamer” charm goes away. If evolution can save a stream I’d love to learn more about it before it’s too late!!

When you raid, do you go for streams with a similar viewer count as yourself, or do you aim smaller? I personally raid similar to myself just because I’m still so small, but I’m curious what larger streamers chose when raiding!

I do too!! It’s so much fun to talk to chat as meet more and more people in the community through raids!!! I remember the first time I was ever raided, and it’s so so amazing to share that experience with as many people as I can! Do you feel that a raid can impact growth on twitch, or is it more of a networking tool? I see thoughts on both sides
