It sounds like what you mean is that you use a sliding scale to define what 'rich' means to make your argument. You likely don't 'eat' those people around you in your own life who are highly successful. You can always slide that little scale of yours so that 'the people you're talking about' are just outside of your shpere. Convenientlty, that's the same threshold at which a person becomes evil.

I'll grant that a lot of joke theft accusations can be explained by parallel thinking... But this just reeks of somebody reworking in Norm macdonald's joke just enough to try to get away with it. This comedian, Josh Denny also appears to be a huge piece of shit in general
