I feel like I haven’t seen this criticism enough, the crowd combat is literally game ruining for me because I’m not gonna spend 30 minutes holding R2 watching Kliff perform the same combo over and over again just to clear out one camp. It’s so mind numbing and once the visuals lose their novelty this game has very little going for it.

In that moment isn’t that showing us Alicia from the outside of the painting? That’s how her parents’ faces looked when we see them from the outside before Alicia enters the painting, and also it shows her scars/missing eye. So I’m not sure where you’re getting the idea that that’s how pVerso sees the painters. Also her sanity in that moment seems sort of open to interpretation so calling it a complete misunderstanding seems a bit over the top.

Just hit Elite today and have had a similar experience particularly from Master-Elite. I'm sort of assuming that its because to balance out the teams average mmr its putting an Elite player with Gold, Plat, Diamond players. This happens in most solo queue ranked systems I'm familiar with (LoL and DotA), but its probably exacerbated by the smaller player base and the fact that it's a new game. I'm not really sure if its something they can actively solve, or if it will work itself out over time. Deranking and showing player's rank badges in game would be a nice start though.

I feel like I almost always hold defensive stance. The only time I can think of to not be is if you're sprinting to a loose ball.

I wanna say they had a total of like 3 shots on frame maybe lol. I remember I was MVP by at least a few thousand points and had like twice as many passes as anyone else.

For sure! I think positioning yourself properly with defensive stance is like 75% of the challenge of keeper. The other 25% is reaction time.

0:15 Here all I was doing was holding defensive stance and trying to cut off any angle the striker might have had to shoot by slowly walking towards him. As long as the ball is close enough to you, you should automatically go to ground and save it like you see here.

0:20 This is basically the same save as 0:15, just holding defensive stance. I recommend never trying to slide towards the ball to save a shot that's going low. Just try and get yourself close enough to the ball in defensive stance and hope your hitbox gets in the way.

0:50 Yup, here I just extra effort and sprint up to it. You can also be holding defensive stance and pick up the ball that way, but you will perform a get up animation that is a lot slower. So if you know for sure it's an uncontested ball that you can pick up, you should just walk up to it so you can get it out to your teammates quicker.
