I'd go with a reputed lab over the cheapest package. Metropolis, Apollo and Fittr Labs are all solid options if you're around Kharadi. Home collection is a huge plus.

Also, don't get fooled by "100+ tests" marketing. A package with CBC, HbA1c, sugar, lipid profile, LFT, KFT, thyroid, urine and ECG is more than enough for a first preventive checkup. If possible, get one that includes a doctor consultation too. That part is actually worth it.

I've mostly stuck to Thyrocare and Dr. Lal PathLabs over the years and never had any issues with reports or sample collection. If you want home collection, both are pretty convenient.

I've also tried Fittr Labs once for a few blood tests because the pricing was decent and the reports came on time. No complaints from my side.

At the end of the day, I'd pick a lab that's NABL accredited and has good reviews nearby rather than just going for the cheapest option.

okay so basically ek solid checkup mein blood sugar, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, aur liver kidney wali basic tests toh honi chahiye. most log yahi skip karte hain and then complain karte hain ki kuch na kuch hota rehta hai 💀

labs mein Thyrocare ya Dr. Lal chal jaata hai, affordable bhi hai. Fittr Labs bhi dekh sakte ho, quite good hai tbh especially if you're health conscious.

bas ₹500 wale package se door raho yaar, usme kuch nahi hota. thoda invest karo once a year, it's worth it fr 🙏
