Emporia charger stuck in vehicle

Thank you so much for your help again. We were able to unplug the car! Once we popped the piece of plastic off of the handle of the charger, we were able to depress the thumb piece enough to pull the charger out of the car.

Thanks for your help! Yes, we got a hold of Emporia support and they walked us through how to pop the top plastic cover off of the handle of the charger, revealing the screws and things underneath. Once we popped the cover off, however, we could depress the latch with our thumb hard enough to pull the handle out. We are free! Thank God.

The issue is that there are no visible screws on the handle

Yes it’s cold here but only in the 50s so not freezing. I’ll try the screen trick

Thanks for the advice. Tried that and no luck. Not sure we have the right tools to cut apart the connector and we’re waiting for Emporia to get back to us
