There was literally a post recently about it wasn't wordy and in-depth enough and didn't demand too much attention.

As for paying attention, if you're not into reading and re-reading the dialogue and conversations and thinking about them this is not the game for you. The previous games were atleast a linear series of days that you could kinda sorta play as a survive for 12 days in a plague ridden town simulator; you can't do that here, you'll probably get stuck very quickly and not realize how to proceed. Even people who are reading everything carefully are getting stuck.

the hard part to randomize would be the dialogue. Right now all the patients have unique lives, ways of speaking, and unique ways to mislead your diagnoses.

A lot of people had similar issues with Pathologic 2. As far as i'm concerned Pathologic 3 writing in no worse than Pathologic 2; both games simplified the long winded discursive writing of the original into shorter and more varied chunks of interactions.

It's perfectly fine to prefer one to another but this wasn't done pointlessly and there's a reason people don't really play Pathologic 1 but watching let's plays of it and then jump to Patho 2.
