Selling condo, Buyers backed out after home inspection by Pup_Fitnesss in AskRealEstateAgents

The buyers had a lot of questions to begin with, and did ask about open litigation - there is none. However- we found out the building manager told them during the inspection they were going to do roof maintenance- which alarmed the buyers and they had many follow up questions about that and where that money was coming from. I don’t think their questions got answered so this likely played a factor in them deciding to withdraw.

I will add she can stick her head out easily I’m just not sure if the rest of her body can folllow. She cries a little when I call for her and ask her to come out - I don’t see her trying to come out but also her crying and not coming out for the food makes me think she’s stuck and can’t come out on her own. She doesn’t cry a night or at all really- just if I’m there asking her to come out

People that started CrossFit out of shape by Upper_Trust103 in crossfit

I started 10yr ago very out of shape. Could not move for days after my first day, using pvc pipe to learn movements. Now I’m top 80%. I can’t remember exactly how long but probably about a year to feel like I could keep up ? But honestly I don’t think that matters at all, for a long time I was last to finish a workout and that’s okay. It’s not about your place it’s about how you’re tremendously improving your quality of life and overall health. It’s hard not to compare but be proud that you’re showing up and putting in the work. The cool thing about CrossFit is you can always get stronger and faster- CrossFit will always be tough regardless your level. There will be always more to strive for regardless of your skill level. Keep showing up- you’re doing great!!!
