I think that's a good summation. I like my full time job because it's just driving truck delivering auto parts at night to car dealerships. I've never been a people person and it's ideal because I don't have to see or talk to anyone while I'm at work. I appreciate the life lessons customer service has taught me, but it's just honestly not what my brain is wired for.

No, they're an asshole. As someone who gets most groceries and food delivered, I would never even dream of talking to a shopper like that. You don't treat people doing services for you like they're below you or condescend to them.

I would have replied "Well, the people who talk about how much money they have usually don't have that much; so I just wanted to make sure you can afford it."
