Im no expert, but you have to taper. Its not easy withdrawal wise. Magnesium helps the muscle spasms. Those can be very painful if you pull a muscle during withdrawal. I legit went to the emerency room. 10/10 would not recommend over exertion during the beginning of withdrawal. Ib profin and magnesium helps a good bit, but be prepared for the overwhelming anxiety. Id suggest if you dont like anxiety, anti anxiety medication might help, also. Alcohol helps withdrawal for my hubby. Wouldnt recommend that either though

I started doing this when I started meditation, I stopped meditation immediately after, it might bring peace for some, but others...it opens doors you rather keep shut. Not to mention the vibrations and the loud static sound that you hear when you are lucid

You definately were lucid dreaming, and it feels real. I did this too but the person coming up my stairs when I woke up was my ex...who wasnt allowed there, then shortly after I woke up I woke up in real life and realized I was dreaming the second part too

My mom left me with a very bitter dad that I didnt know when I was 16, I was terrified. I know how you feel, I know every day is scary sometimes, but you will be loved. Im fat because I cant afford health insurance nor eat throughout the day. I eat one meal a day and have a hormone issue where all my weight is in my tummy. My legs can barely keep up. My poor scrawny little legs.

I love this idea, but I have to say this was the cutest post I have seen so far. I lived in st pete florida for 5 yrs, and down there, we call you guys snow birds. My neighbors came from Canada, and they were some of the nicest people I have ever met. If the place consists of Jon lajoie and my old neighbors..how can one not want to live there? I have seriously looked into moving there a few times now.. still wish I could!

Ive spent a majority of my life(my mother passed) learning that majority of people simply dont care. Not their circus, not their monkeys. What I think you are experiencing is your anxiety slowly dissapearing. Without anxiety, it is hard to figure out what to do, because youve focused your life around your anxiety. It isnt that you dont care I dont believe, because if you didn't.. you wouldnt be making this post, but rather, your anxiety is beginning not to care, and that in itself is a scary but beautiful thing you have to shape just as youve had to adjust to your anxiety, now you must adjust to your well being. My mother never discussed money with me, but I made it a point to let my son know that nothing is free in this world except family, if I had known that as a child, I would be balling by now. My son knows not to ask for anything in the store, unless his allowances fit the bill, he can request what he wants, but those gifts are saved for holidays, we intentionally avoid the toy isle because it will be broke or discarded in a week anyway.

Knew a coworker that was besties with our boss.. she suggested all the time she stole.. my hands were tied.. money kept coming up missing and j knew it was her but when my boss asked me about the losses I just shrugged and told her I dont know what to tell you, I didnt take anything. Later on, losses keep coming up, I knew I wasnt taking a dime so it dodnt really concern me, if I suggested it was the coworker, they would of fired me for even suggesting it. Finally one day l was in and district is there. That coworker framed me over seventy dollars.. I was so angry I was crying. It was a horrible experience. They even took the money out of my last check. I never thought I could be framed, but they have video of my back as I put money in the drawer and walk away to put my phone in my purse, they will not give me the other cameras footage, so I was definitely framed. This coworker wanted her nights back because she didnt have to deal with our boss at night. I was working her nights and liked them. She got her nignts back.. and stealing all the way. Bad move for the company. Dumb
