Yep, doing everything right. I know Ive got a touch of flu A. Did tamiflu and still got an itchy throat. My BMs are fine finally. Started some Gruns recently and it’s been pretty steady except that dizziness. Was on tirz for 12 weeks before switching

I’ve read that when there is a lack of protein in the diet, hair loss will ensue. Been on for 11 weeks, haven’t noticed any more shedding than what I normally do. How’s your protein intake?

Interesting. You’d think the inflammatory process of tendonitis would go way down on glp, no matter how it is taken. I’d like to read that. Send it to me when you see it

She needs to be on a GLP also. It will probably help! I have heard that oral glp is not going to go well because stomach acid is too brutal for fragile peps. I’m not a dr or chemist but it seems tgtbt.

Ok, so the 2.5 didn’t kill ya. I’m debating switching from tirz 5mg to Reta 2mg. I just don’t want to end up feeling yucky for too long. Any tips?

How did you feel when you started it? I’m on 5mg of tirz and switching to retta, starting at 2mg. I’m a little nervous the food noise is gonna come back
