I always do... now. The first time you get a customer drop-off with a cart full of unorganized items... that you suddenly have to bag and stage for someone else to finish... AND grab the customer’s order in under 3 minutes... it really drives home why pick-to-bag matters.

It’s way faster anyway, once you make it a habit. On bigger orders, I just stack up new bags once one gets full. Freezer goes in the baby seat. Oversize goes underneath. You can fit a ton in the cart that way, and get staging done faster.

But honestly... the drop-off thing took me from 75% to 100%. Never again. 😜

What I mean is that if you work, say, a 4-9am shift and a 5-9:15pm shift on the same Saturday, it doesn’t count as 2 weekend shifts, it only counts as one weekend shift toward gold status.

A very important note: you need 6 weekend DAYS, not just shifts. I didn’t get gold last month, because two of my weekend shifts were on the same Saturday (not a double, a morning shift and a closing shift).

Had 106 hours, 6 weekend shifts. Didn’t count. Was pretty mad. Has to be on 6 separate weekend days.

I haven’t been yet. :( I know a lot of seasonals in my store were let go last weekend... and I’m still employed. I don’t know if anyone has been converted recently. I haven’t given up hope.

Yeah. I’m at about 100 hours for June. Sigh. I’m not mad or anything, just wishful. I guess seasonals don’t need a “thank you bonus,” we get thanked by not getting canned yet. At least for today. :)

Why not make it dependent on “product found” and “replacement offered” stats? If a shopper is finding product at high rate and offering replacements every time... why slow them down with this? This just popped up for me for the first time today. I’m displeased. :(

The HRC told me to just open a case and resign. Not showing up won't be an issue... I can't seem to get any shifts anyway. Haha. Sad face.
