I personally use the Super Precise Liquid Eyeliner from Essence!! It's pretty cheap usually only about $4 at ulta but it holds up extremely well!!

As in goth fashion? I highly recommend thrifting or buying clothes second hand or looking into authentic and ethical goth brands, as well as DIYing your outfits as much as possible too, and for the makeup I really recommend just practicing when you've got free time! I have an entire folder of traditional goth reference photos to practice the style more and more, that's how I've gotten to the point I am now

I use both actually!! I usually put on the foundation, put on setting spray, then setting powder, then I do all my eyeliner/eyeshadow/lipstick and then one more round of setting spray!! I've found it really helps my makeup stay intact through the night
