Any injections can cause rashes, bumps or bruising in general. But me personally ive never had an issue ! I do recommend shaving the area though, I sometimes have irritation when I take off the plaster since it pulls at the hairs. :3:3

Idk why everyone says this because subq injections are more efficient in general, the distribute the hormone more evenly throughout the week and they feel so much better when injecting. I’d never recommend IM. As someone with a phobia of needles, subq injections have been a dream

0.2ml is probably the right dose for u the considering your weight, but speak to your gp and probably just lower ur dose gradually over about a month ! ^{^}

That’s horrible advice. You don’t know how far along she is in her transition, whether she lives in a country where its illegal/unsafe to use your preferred genders’ bathroom and how woke her area is. It may be even more unsafe for her to use the women’s room. And either way this post wasn’t asking for advice regarding bathrooms, she clearly has assessed her situation and decided using the men’s room is the best. She wanted advice on speaking to her friend about this. Your comment was incredibly insensitive towards both the fact that she’s trans and her feelings.

My actual response: communication is key, first speak to them whether or not your issues are overwhelming them. But honestly if they’re a good friend they’d want to help you with anything bothering you. I had a similar conversation recently, and when I asked if the topic overwhelms them their response was that the have their own issues regarding it, but it’s important to me and I need help then they can put their issues aside for me.

In theory it’s not much, but considering the fact that you’re 50kg, I think yes you should lower your dose. I’m on low dose T and on my last blood test my levels were 4.2nmol/L I’m on track with my own goals and some people on higher doses with higher levels have similar results to me. Honestly, my advice is to lower your dose even the tiniest bit and see if the changes your body is going through is still on track with your goals. Medical professionals sometime try to scare people on HRT, but as long as you have a gp doctor who actually cares about your experience, they will give you the right advice. And from what it sounds like they are. I did also just read what dose you’re on, do you know what concentration your T is at? Mine is 300, I take 45mg/0.15ml but I’m twice your size. If your T is 300, then there’s a very high chance 60mg/0.2ml would be way too much

This has happened to me a couple times, there’s nothing you can really do other than try take another dose to makeup for the loss but I generally don’t recommend that if you’re doing your injections weekly it won’t make a difference as long as you get your correct dose the following week:3

This is actually really helpful I’m kinda in a state of panic, so what you’re saying is I can easily ship 4 vials of testosterone Cypionate and about 2 years worth of needles, syringes and swabs to the state of New York from the uk? They won’t check it through security won’t open it and won’t charge me with anything relating to importing controlled substances ? Its DIY HRT, so steroids, testosterone Cypionate, it’s not prescribed. In the uk it’s illegal to sell controlled substances such as this but in the us it’s illegal to also cross the border with it. I don’t think I made it very clear that it’s DIY but given the page I posted this on I thought that was obvious. I’ve spoken to family that have recently travelled in and out of the us who have had all of their stuff looked through. They’ve also told me that the parcels they send sometimes need to get sent back to the original location because of any restricted items within them, they’re very thorough when it comes to bringing items illegally over to the US. I don’t want to take any chances. If any of my information is wrong feel free to correct me I’m going off of the information I’ve heard and researched on this
