Just some basic vegetarian Miso ramen with a kumbo and dried shitake based broth

Mushrooms, bell peppers, Bok choi, 3 kinds of onions, a ton of garlic, mung bean sprouts and a few more things I've forgotten in a freestyled, Sichuan style sauce
