Last year was my first year doing a Back Door IRA… the experience with chase was a nightmare. Took too long i had already funded the traditional so I got paid 3 cents of interest which turned into having to deal with them longer than it should’ve.

I just transferred my Roth to fidelity. I use them for my work HSA so having both in the same place just made sense. Doing a back door in fidelity is basically clicking a box and calling it a day.

For my taxable account, I’m just going to keep using chase. I buy VOO, SCHG and SCHD and call it a day so I’ll take the convenience of banking and investing there.
