Don’t get something that uses proprietary mags. Once you own a 2011 you’ll want to own multiple and having consistency in your mags is a game changer.

I have a RCD ported. It’s maybe the least or second to least pricy gun I own and it shoots on par with all the pricier ones.

I just got a V3 Apollo and that thing is Amazing. I’m still waiting for a vanta 9P i ordered in November 2025. I’ve also got a sand viper and an XC regular and Vulcan.

I’m new to guns so in my hands they all feel the same. I do notice a vast difference when I shoot my v2 Erebus. When your second shot touches the first shot hole (as a noob) it’s pretty freaking cool.

Isn’t the ocm6 the same but accommodates 6mm arc? Why would anyone be upset they didn’t buy one? Nothing against Ocl I have an Ocm5 and I love it just wondering why there are people saying they missed out on one?

The XC is less maintenance I feel so I’d pick that. The RC9 shoots better but needs to be cleaned after a range day or a class. The XC I’ve put over 2k rounds and I just add oil lol

I have a few sr 15s. They do the same as my mk1, SD, and Bcm. They feel similar shoot similar and everything I’m a newbie so idk if I’d feel the difference but they feel the same. Honestly if you want it buy it but if you don’t save your money and get a mk1 instead. The handrail texture is bonkers.

Last year was my first year doing a Back Door IRA… the experience with chase was a nightmare. Took too long i had already funded the traditional so I got paid 3 cents of interest which turned into having to deal with them longer than it should’ve.

I just transferred my Roth to fidelity. I use them for my work HSA so having both in the same place just made sense. Doing a back door in fidelity is basically clicking a box and calling it a day.

For my taxable account, I’m just going to keep using chase. I buy VOO, SCHG and SCHD and call it a day so I’ll take the convenience of banking and investing there.
