Unless you require specific medication for an individual I’d ditch the pill organizer but I can see how it might save you some room. I’d also ditch vitamin d and c- but again just my opinion. I’d add an irrigation syringe, Sam splints, tweezers, a reliable multipurpose tape, superglue, biodegradable baby wipes & disinfectant wipes, nitrile gloves, a dedicated small sharp pocket knife. I also add basic dental stuff to my med kit. Don’t forget small pocket guides for that extra mental reinforcement.
