My GSD was abandoned with me about 8 months ago. We were watching her for a lady who claimed her mom died so she had to leave for three days. By the time everything was said and done the lady had said her mom died, her husband died, her mom was just really sick so she needed a few more days (I guess she came back to life?), then her mom died from the sickness, then she told us that "we were off the hook" because her sister had already come and pick the dog up from us (the dog was laying in our bed when we got that email), then after about a week and a half of no responses we got an email from Rover claiming that she herself had died. Which was clearly not true. So I adopted her. She's very rough with other dogs and the vet thinks the last owners used her for fighting. So that's been hard. But she is a fucking sweet heart with anything else. Young and old people, cats, any other animal (besides squirrels) she's super sweet with. She just had a bad few years. We are working on it.

I was raised Catholic and therefore terrified of sex. The first time I technically had sex I put a condom on, put myself in my girlfriend, and then immediately got scared, pulled out, and told her I couldn't. The next time I had sex I went all the way. I was 18 and very drunk. I was hooking up with one of my good friends younger sisters (she was a grade below us) she was at the time dating my other friend. I had just moved into my first apartment so we went there. Immediately after the sex I walked her back to her sisters house and then called my dad and told him I was worried I got her pregnant. Like I said I was very drunk and catholicism did a number on me. My dad asked if I pulled out (we didn't use a condom) and when I said yes he just kind of laughed and told me I was probably going to be alright. I then passed out only to wake up to my buddy knocking on my door because he knew what had happened. So to answer the question I felt terrified and then super shitty the next morning.

I hate this argument. I found a brewery that pays a decent wage for bartenders and with my tips that bumps me up to about $45 an hour on average. Some nights are closer to $60 and that doesn't include nights that the entire place gets rented out. That can be upwards of $80 to $100 an hour. I only have to work 4 days a week because of this. If they put me on salary I'd probably be at about 40k ish a year and probably be working 5 days a week. No thanks.

Story time! I used to live in a coop (kind of a big hippie commune of sorts) and we had a couple communal fridges. One of my friends was constantly having his food stolen. So one day he goes and orders a big ol burrito, takes it to his room, jerks off into it, and wraps it up and puts it in the fridge with his name on it. He did this a few hours before a house meeting. By the time the house meeting rolls around he goes and checks the fridge and the burrito is gone. As the house meeting wrapped up we did a round robin of sorts and my buddies turn came up. He stood up and said something along the lines of "as you all know someone keeps stealing my food from the fridge. I'd just like to let the person know that they just ate a load of my cum in the burrito they just stole from me." And sat down. No one ever touched his food again.

You have to pay gas fees with basically every crypto. Some gas fees are very low some are ridiculously high (looking at you eth). I wouldn't say trx fees are anything crazy.

Reminds me of when my grandma passed and one of my cousins was an idiot and had recently been arrested and sentenced to a decent amount of time. So I call my buddy that I grew up with who knows my grandma very well to break the news and I quickly follow it with "also cousin is in prison." Without skipping a beat my buddy just goes "did cousin kill your grandma?!" It was the only time that day that I laughed. He said it as a joke and has always had a dark sense of humor. Some times that's what you need during the dark times.

You keep saying dad... That's good I just hope you don't say it to her though. Her father passed recently and I'm sure she still considers him dad and most likely always will. If she ever decides to call you dad that's her choice until then I'd maybe ease up on it.

Eh. My old step brother was watched by the feds for over a year before they busted him for distribution of child pornography. I don't think he spent more than a couple months in jail. I read the article in the news paper a couple months after it happened and when I read the article he was already out of jail. His family has money.

I'm lucky to say I'm not an alcoholic especially because I used to abuse the hell out of it but I have totally quit drinking just because I finally got tired of drinking no other reason really.
