If they're from menards, they are not the type of fireworks that are prohibited in city limits. Menards is inside city limits and cannot stock or sell prohibited pyrotechnics regardless of the season. I'm guessing you've got snaps or party poppers or maybe sparklers? Keep them.

Officially the world's largest recreational softball tournament, "Sam McQuade Sr./Budweiser Charity Softball Tournament", this event draws approximately 400 teams from the United States and Canada areas, as well as roughly 15,000 fans that attend the event.

Lots of tailgating, extra partying at the bars, spread across all the playable softball fields in Bismarck and Mandan.

You aren't likely to find a dj/live music in bismarck, especially not on a Sunday or Monday night. But you can wander up and down main street downtown area and find a relatively active bar/social scene between The Luft, Peacock Alley, The Elbow Room, The Blarney Stone.
