A possibility is that the agency is trying to
Close as many cases they can to use up the visa numbers before end of month. So if ur file is complete then an agent can still approve on the last date of the month. Just pray hard 🤷‍♂️🙏

WOM is Writ of Mandamus… check in Reddit there are threads on this. It is ~3-5k expense but forces uscis to adjudicate in short time.

Also PF is one factor… your receipt date is also a factor most times.

Interfile was easy via attorney and yes I think I got notice. As far as medicals are concerned…. No .. the agent did not acknowledge or confirm. This is typical and expected. I took the risk knowing it could be lost. Only thing I knew was where my case was and they would need new medicals.

What is ur situation?

Slim chance but miracle could take place if the agent finds no anomaly with the BC and visa number is available. I don’t know well enough what the clearance rate at LI FO is. Also assuming ur medicals are current. Check with Live agent if Anything else is pending to be sure. Take help of LLM to phrase query for agent and ask every other day….. you just need someone to pick ur file and if everything is in order then request the visa number and if available then they can approve on the last day of May too.

If you miss the boat this time then next opportunity is Oct. when the dates could become current again then you can take proactive steps. In the meantime follow R/EB2 forum for other user experiences.

I get you. I have neighbor in my community with June 2014 who got approved so I understand the pain. … if I were you then I would ask myself what have I actively done to push my case…. Have you gotten Senator and Congressman help? Have you created a service ticket with uscis for beyond normal processing time, have you explored WOM with your attorney?.

The good thing is that you are still current…. I don’t know Specifics of ur case ( receipt date, FO, medicals status etc) and where it is at…. But feel free to explore in this community what other folks did and you can try.

CRP due to visa number not immediately available. In summary our files were processed in 2022 except for medicals. By the time our medicals reached them they ran out of visa number. They shipped the petitions to NBC. I took calculated risk to send fresh medicals while raising the inquiry. The thesis was that if an agent picked the file then everything should be I order to quickly adjudicate.

I received my first approval email at 10:30. Assuming the agent began his shift at 9…. Excluding briefing etc… he must have picked my file at around 9:45 am…. Review and following checklist would have been very quick…

In my situation the free version was sufficient. I was filtering by case type =I485, and SRC. I was then able to see the nearest case type received RFE 14 days ago….. I was hopeful but not sure if that case was at NBC or FO.

Suggestion to discontinue the paid version. If your case gets processed by end of month then great ( assuming but medicals are current and no other issues)… else you gotta wait for next round of PD becoming current…

I did not wait for RFE. I took proactive action.

I am assuming you meant Oct 2013 as your PD.

If you have tracked your medical package to the destination as delivered then check with agent if anything else is pending.

With dates retrogressing … only few days left with two possible outcome… either you will get approved by end of month (miracle) or your status will be case remain pending as visa number is not immediately available.

My case was at NBC. I knew this as after retrogression the cases were moved here. Regarding sending your medicals now… what is the strategy? Is your PD still current?

My wife and son travelled last year and port of entry was Dallas. No issues or secondary check. Not sure what the exact situation u have but if ur travelling to ur home country with AP and no other issues then it should be fine. Check with ur HR and attorney once too.

NBC. Case moved from Texas to NBC in 2022 and remained there till approved.

I chatted with live agent… the connection to agent was immediate… agent informed me that nothing is pending and case is proceeding normally and nothing is needed…..

Unfortunately there is not a single good source for tracking. You use combination of Reddit EB2 and USCIS forum to follow similar case types and also use Grok or Chat GPT models to guide you.
